Summary A social development professional, with 14 years of experience in development sector in the fields of Gender, education, public health, sport for development, and disability, I have worked with various NGOs, multilateral agencies and government organizations in growing capacities. My core strength lies in large scale programme implementation with multiple partners, engaging and liaising with diverse stakeholders, designing and conducting trainings, and in monitoring and evaluation of programmes. I bring to table strong analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to learn new things and adapt to the situation. My special ability and interest lies in providing gender lens and focus to the programs, to enable inclusive, equitable and fair development outcomes. I have also completed a Master’s course in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, United Kingdom 2011-12 batch.
