   Worked with BAIF- Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Chaswad Bharuch as an Agriculture Officer.  Manage entire of 75 Ha of land, budget allocation for Horticulture, Agriculture, Labor management and marketing. Knowledge impartment activities like training and capacity building of farmers. Worked with CSR Activity Shapoorji Pallonji Power And Port Pvt. Ltd. at Kodinar Junagadh as a Project Leader.  Worked on CSR activities, identification of activities to be taken up and set up budget and implementation of activities, Monitoring and Evaluation of the project.  Worked with TDF NABARD WADI PROJECT, as an Agriculture Officer at Vyara Surat.Conversion of Unproductive land to productive land through Orchard plantation of Mangoes for small and marginal farmers, capacity building through trainings.  Worked with women SHGs in order to help them in credit and loan facilities via bank linkages and providing handholding support to develop women enterprises in Vermi composting, vegetable nursery, etc,.
