  Juvenile Care Charitable Trust, Juvenile Care- an NGO working for Children

  Juvenile Care is a youth led organization working for child rights awareness and child abuse eradication. The organization was founded on June 10th 2010. It is a project of Juvenile Care Charitable Trust. The organization is based out of Bangalore; working towards child welfare activities in orphanages, school, slums and multiple other awareness programs in the city. The family also includes centers for child rights in VIT University-Vellore, Bangalore, Pune and New Delhi. The mission of the organization is to give a platform to the youth of the country to come forwards and uplift the livelihood and education of unprivileged children out there. I have been the curator of two key chapters of Juvenile Care an NGO focused on child welfare. As the Director of Designs I created the Brand Identity and have designed all creatives since its inception 6 years ago. Enhanced Data-quality for a particular module by 35 through elimination of data discrepancies present due to synchronization glitches between two inter-dependent database systems. 2. Maintained fluent reporting of occurring issuesoverall health using advanced Excel and Tableau and proactively performed root cause analysis for the redressing issues. 3. Underwent training for multiple modules within the project to minimize resource dependency for smoother functioning of the overall project.
