I have over 20 years of experience in managing large scale multi-state development programmes. I have worked on institutionalizing large Skill training and employability programs. I have an extensive experience in program development management, monitoring and evaluation of development projects and of working with marginalized and underprivileged socio-cultural-ethnic communities. I have experience of creating networks, partnerships and alliances with Government Departments, Corporate Houses, Civil Society Organizations and INGOs for program outreach and efficiency. I have also developed an impact assessment framework for skill development, quality education, integrated health projects.
