•Prepare preliminary search documents. •Responsible for research, creating visibility, making cold calls and generating suitable candidates. •Conducting my own research. •Defining the pitch for candidates candidate development. •Responsible for candidate assessment and report drafting. •Screening and short listing candidates for clients to interview •Client relationship management. •Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client. •Conducting reference checks. •Negotiating pay and salaries between client and the candidates •Interact and work closely with the Partners on all aspects throughout the search process.
