  I have successfully provided leadership to the police personnel and organized divisional level trainings for superintendents of ashramshalas and hostels for SC and ST community to strengthen special cell for children in police headquarters. I have gained expertise in managing relationships with government agencies and supported them to build capacities of concerned officers on child protection issues. I am adept in monitoring program progress and provide regular feedback both at district and state level on progress of program launched. During my tenure with UNICEF I have facilitated regional workshop on prevention of human trafficking. I was also a key member of a core team which designed a CSR activity for IBM International and also implemented the same successfully.
