  Develop review and lead the implementation of Plan’s MER policy and ensure its alignment to global/regional policy frameworks. To lead any formative researches that will inform Plan programs in existing areas of operation or in new program areas. Work liaison and network with like-minded civil society organizations to share results from research and evaluations conducted with a view to influence programs and policies. Provide technical assistance capacity building and training support to Plan and its partner staff on research M&E skills methodologies and tools. Review and monitor the progress of Plan Program Performance Metrics with an active participation from program implementation and strategy team. Support the program strategy and implementation team with data analysis from available primary and secondary data and support in proposal development through use of data.
