I am a sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience in the field of Environment Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and Development Communication. Currently, I work with Earthwatch Institute India, where I have led and facilitated some of its landmark programmes nationally and regionally on a ranging environment and development issues. Being part of the core management team here at Earthwatch, I have been responsible for shaping its vision and contributing towards strategic growth. Over the years, I have designed and delivered result oriented programmes on issues namely climate change adaptation, water resources, biodiversity ecosystem services, citizen science and skill development supported by Ministries, Bilateral Agencies and major Corporations under sustainable development and corporate sustainabilityCSR regime.   Thorough programme management experience at the India programme of Earthwatch Institute - an international environmental charity that engages people worldwide in scientific field research and education to promote the understanding and action necessary for a sustainable environment.  Managed various national and regional projects on Biodiversity and ecosystem services, Climate Change Forestry, Fresh water Conservation and Management, Sustainable Agriculture supported by Government ministries and departments, bilateral multilateral agencies and major corporations including HSBC, TATA Sons, Syngenta India, JSW, ITC, NASSCOM.

   Design and development of Protected Areas management and wildlife crime prevention training modules for officials of National Parks and Sanctuaries.  Coordinated Training Capacity Building programmes for front-line forest staff of Protected Areas across the country.  Oversaw PA staff welfare and development programmes, insurance covers, ex-gratia schemes, etc.  Maintenance and updation of a MIS - centralized database on the field personnel working in various Protected Areas of the country.
