  The primary objective of the TSU is to support the development and implementation of HIV/AIDS strategies especially provide support to the targeted intervention initiatives in the state and provide technical support. The followings were the key responsibilities. Supervision Monitoring Planning Coordinating and implementation of Targeted Intervention program through NGOs at State level. Overall technical and administrative support and supervision to the implementing NGOs along with recruitment/ training of the staff of district unit. Ensured quality program documentation and timely reporting (both physical and financial) to SACS. Coordinate with Government agencies SACS/ DACS DAPCU Condom TSG and other partners for effective implementation of the TI project.
