Holding Master in Social Work degree from Delhi University and have been working on Education and Child rights for the last 9 years with Pratham,Bihar. I also work closely with the State Project Director,Bihar Education Project Council, the Secretary,Labor Department, Gov. of Bihar,the Director,Social Welfare and ICDS Gov. of Bihar and the Chairperson Bihar State Commission for Protection of Child Rights on Child Rights issues. I am also a member of State Task Force Headed by the Chief Secretary,Gov. of Bihar to implement the State Action Plan to eliminate the child labor practice. I also manage donors and other NGO partners for Bihar projects. I have been a key person to develop Preschool Curriculum for the ICDS,Gov. of Bihar
