Providing Technical Support Analysis of data and information, Carrying out Desk and Fields Study and writing technical papers on Education.
Supporting states in planning, implementation, prioritising Elementary and secondary education agenda, provide technical support to states and districts in macro and micro level planning with collaboration and participation of NGOs, corporate sector and Bilateral Agencies, designing, organising and conducting workshops seminars, field visits for situation assessment. Providing inputs to states for planning secondary education plans- annual and perspective. Supporting and encouraging advocacy for establishing linkages between secondary education and other developmental issues e.g. Model schools, Residential schools hostels, SC,ST, girls’ education, inclusive education, women empowerment,child labour etc.

To lead in facilitating reform action plans and their implementation and monitoring within SSA. To study and analyse status of school education system in the states with an emphasis on the policy framework within which it operates. Act as Save the Children’s technical representative in the state to a broad range of external stakeholders including relevant government departments on issues related to quality management systems in elementary education with special focus on mainstreaming of SC,ST and girls and inclusive school. To maintain a consistent and coherent education strategy
