While serving the rural population during the initial years of my working career I gained two important perspectives - firstly the crucial role of education in changing the lives of people; and secondly, about the necessity of partnerships to address the massive challenges facing the Indian educational sector, essentially to expand the area of possibilities. This realization led me to get a deeper understanding of global best practices in education with a focus on K-12 segment.
