  I worked in this Global Fund Project for TB Care and Control .I was responsible for liaising with Government health department and closely with RNTCP department with Private professionals and large community Volunteers team those are working according to complex needs of Patient and community. I was responsible for overall for the implementation of the project activities as per the work plan and responsible for training and continued support to around 12 community volunteers and 8 PNGOs for their grass root level activities for community participation. I was responsible for the provide the technical and programmatic support to district health authorities on organizing of trainings for health functionaries and follow-up with them. I was also responsible for the lessoning with education department like DEO,BEO etc. for the interaction with students.
