• Conducting Pre and post adoption counselling for the adoptive parents. • Supervision of the health status of the Infants at the Infants unit. • Planning, conducting and preparing the Home study Report for the Adoptive families. • Undertake legal formalities for the adopted families under appropriate laws • Preparing progress reports of the children. • Preparing Monthly and Quarterly reports for the Government of India • Conducting post Adoption follow –up sessions
• Conduct need assessment and due diligence process for initiating child protection Child helpline projects in South India; • Initiate projects in identified geographical locations in South India, in coordination with the key government agencies at state and district level; • Identify, shortlist NGO partners for project implementation and facilitate approval process according to the Government of India guidelines; • Monitor and evaluate the project implementation by partner organizations in the region, to ensure its effectiveness; • Undertake andor provide case management support for the partner organizations on issues such as child abuse, child trafficking, child marriage, child labor and other issues under the broad framework of violence against children; • Deliver regular capacity building programs for the partners organization teams, on child rights and child protection thematic area; • Undertake national and state level advocacy activities on strengthening child protection mechan
• Develop programs focusing on prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation; • Deliver internal team capacity building program on child rights and child protection thematic areas; • Deliver trainings for external stakeholders including government agencies, enforcement agencies, corporate and NGOs on prevention of child sexual abuse; • Building program based partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, media and corporate; • Plan and execute advocacy activities on advancing child rights and strengthening protection system at the national level; • Network with regional coalitions such as Child Rights Coalition Asia CRC Asia to execute regional advocacy activities and initiatives; • Coordinate and lead the national coalition Child Rights Coalition Malaysia and its activities, as the national Secretariat; • Provide project proposal development support to the Executive DirectorBoard Members.
