I have 10 years of experience mainly in the area of developing Community process and structures, Building MIS systems, Departmental linkages, and Program management developing community structures, livelihoods, WASH and Gender Sensitization. I have been taken lead in development of community institutions for social and economic empowerment of women. I have significantly contributed in Partnership and client management, developing target oriented program strategies, and Program implementation. In my current position I am leading a team of 12 memebers who are engaged in implementation of program in 42 towns with support of 18 NGOs and 300 Community Facilitators. I am responsible for overall implementation of social development theme of the program.
