Dr. Ananda Padhan is presently Associate Professor and Head of the School of Education in Apeejay Stya University, Gurgaon, Haryana. He has over 26 years experience in the field of academics - research, teaching and training, including 6 year of teaching experience abroad in African countries of Ethiopia and Eritrea. Previously he worked in premier national institutions in India such as NCERT, NUEPA, IGNOU and IBPS in the area of research and training. He specializes in the area of curriculum and instruction, educational testing, and educational policy studies, and has the credit of 4 books and 27 publications in various journals and periodicals. He got the Shiksha Rattan Award from the India International Friendship Society, New Delhi in 2012 for his distinguished work in the field of teaching and research.
