I have a basic degree in Economics and a post graduate degree in Business Administration. I started my career in the corporate space but shifted to the development sector two decades ago. In the development sector I have both been the functional head of resouce mobilization as well as led organizations in the development space.As the CEO, I have been responsible for the strategy, fundraising and overall programmes oversight at Charities Aid Foundation India and All India Artisans and Craftworkers Welfare Association. During my tenure at both these organizations, donorbases have been diversified and programme portfolio expanded. As a Grantmaking organization, CAF developed, implemented and managed projects with a network of credible NGO’s, enabled setting up of foundations, and provided support and resources towards making non profits more effective.
