Summary

An understanding on the subject I have realised to work for education, joined Prayas, and led the education team. Project on Professional Development Centre PDC has given immense input to understand all components like pedagogy, training, system and process at large. Girl child education in rural areas is uncovered on large scale, I worked with IIMPACT to strengthen the pedagogical, and training part as well evaluates the projects running in the various part of the country. The problem of dropout from school is major problem in educational development. I have joined USAID’s SDPP project to work on evidence based research program. Having exposure to understand the issue and experiences to work on the issue which can bring the children in school and make the school a nice learning place and enjoyable environment in which can motivate to bring the child in school. Teacher education is an important area and I worked for TESS India with British Council and The Open University, UK for excel
