I am professionaly qualified in Mass Communication from Madurai Kamaraj University, studied from Ghandigram rural health Institute and also I have been trained from NIPCCD, Govt. of India and got certificate on Mgmt. welfare agencies. I am specially trained on agriculture, men and ecology from ETC of Netherlands. I am expert on IEC for water and sanitation for Govt. and NGOs. I am one of the master trainers for govt. and NGOs and evaluator for various projects. More than 25 years of experience in rural development and now working as a executive director for ISSI from 1986.
