  At Present, Im working with Udayan Care since three years now as a Sr. Programme officer under Resource Mobilisation and is involved in managing the donor relation, monitoring and donor reporting of the programmes. Apart from being as a programme officer, appointed as a Presiding officer of POSH Committee of the organization. Before joining Udayan Care, I have worked as a programme officer in Pairvi for two years and have conducted programme evaluation and impact assessment study of Malnutrition Treatment centers and shared the guidelines and outcomes of the study with State Govt and the other stakeholders Save The Children - Jaipur, UNICEF, Worldvision working towards Treating Malnutrition in the State.
