The program performance has improved by 2 times in the last 2 years by proactive introduction of IT powered innovative monitoring tools Human resource management technical support gap analysis and mitigation strategies etc. The scale up project started in 2013 and had to build the team of 300+ spread across 40 districts in 2 states.
