  ISDM has been formed with the express objective of developing the next generation of committed passionate sensitive leaders managers for the social development sector in India and internationally. ISDM will strive to create and offer grounds up practitioner driven sector specific and development oriented management/leadership programs for existing professionals within the sector and for those who aspire to enter the sector to do meaningful work and help improve the lives of people around us.
