  A. Program Management • Managing and supporting existing treatment partners and grant recipients for their administrative needs to ensure that programs are aligned with the overall goals mission priorities and policies of the organization complying with safety and/or quality standards mandated by the Medical Advisory Board. • Identifying and developing suitable hospitals and surgeons for partnership development in underserved areas within the assigned territory to expand the coverage of Smile Train partnerships and programs. • Facilitating and coordinating periodic quality checks/ audits (both Financial and Medical) to ensure that partner hospitals reflect consistent standards.
