  CURRENT ROLE Presently looking into matters of financial and career relevance of the programme cadre through the Programme Personnel Management Cell in the office of the Director General of All India Radio. Over the past three years have been instrumental in affecting several DPC meetings that led to promotions of over a 1000 programme personnel. Similarly have been instrumental in implementing long pending financial benefit schemes to over a 1000 cases for programme personnel. Have affected appointment and posting of nearly 500 new recruits in the department. In addition to the current role in managing the human resource matters of programme cadre I am actively involved in programme content creation and management.
