  As a member of VisionSpring’s India leadership team, I am responsible for leading and growing the Vision Access Projects vertical in India. Reporting to the Indian and Global Board of Directors. Key accomplishments include • Defining the scope of the Vision Access Projects business vertical and launching three program areas focused on See to learn, See to earn and See to be safe. Adding revenue of 303,499 as of October 2016 to the organization through these program areas. - Building capacity and capability of existing teams to deliver pan-India projects.
