  Representing TechnoServe as a Country Representative and responsible for the overall management of the TechnoServe operations in Malawi. Project is about transferring frugal innovation in agriculture and natural resource management from India to Malawi by identifying the gaps in Malawi and piloting the best practices from India to cater to these gaps. We are acting as a bridge between Indian knowledge partners and African adopters in Malawi. Job responsibilities involves key role in project management partner management monitoring and evaluation of project with help of implementing partner budgetary management. Key role was to liason with government agencies I-NGOs donor and funding organisation and academic institutes and universities for scaling up the innovations in other parts of Malawi and knowledge dissemination through workshops and training.
