Summary

Devdas has been into Development practice and research since more than 20 years. Devdas is a PhD in Arts i.e.Tribal Economy, Development and change from Sambalpur University. He has proven track record in undertaking leadership roles in his organisation viz. Renaissance in implementing complex assignments such as Resettlement and Rehabilitation of displaced families of Tata Steel Ltd. in Kalinga Nagar, Jajpur . He possesses practical knowledge in conducting baseline and impact assessment studies and management of R R and CSR interventions. For more than ten years he has been involved in community mobilisation and influencing decisions of the community, corporate and Govt. agencies in implementing Resettlement, rehabilitation and CSR interventions for the displaced and affected tribal community. Currently he is working as a director in Renaissance Strategic and Management Services Pvt. Ltd guiding his teams in implementing CSR project of Utkal Alumina International Ltd. in Tikiri ,
