Summary

Padam is Program Leader in SRIJAN and supporting teams in Agriculture Dairy Value Chain. He started Soya Samriddhi program in 2008 with 50 families and scaled with 15,000 women farmers in 2015. He promoted two women SHG federations and a women farmer producer organization. Padam is passionate to scale up Soya Program with 100,000 farmers in India through creating his own venture “ Prem Soya Samriddhi Fund”. Padam did Master in Irrigation Water Management from MPUAT ,Udaipur and Certificate course on Markets and Livelihoods from St. Francis Xavier University, Canada.
