My interests are to help maximize the effectiveness of development projects through sound program de- sign, instituting results-based monitoring systems and conducting evaluations for impact measurement and improvement. I have over twenty years of work experience; the last thirteen years in access to finance, social health pro- tection, public health and youth skills development. Expertise in conducting as principal investigator and commissioning research, evaluations and impact assessments, strategic planning program design and in designing and implementing results-based management and monitoring systems. Written well-cited papers. Have provided project grant management and advisory services in seven countries. Prior senior manage- ment experience in technology in the private sector and consulting at financial services institutions.
