I have been working in the development sector for 7 years, having always been associated with organisations working on child and women-centric projects.   I oversaw the overall functioning of the centre as well as of the projects running in-house. Along with that I was part of the advocacy team.

  I oversee Fundraising (monetary and kind) and volunteer management. I am part of the communications team and support the Co-founder in strategising for programme planning as well as working on monitoring and evaluation of the all programmes. I also see linkages for livelihood options for the women.

  Majlis Legal Centre

  I oversaw the awareness wing where I had to liaison with different schools, colleges and NGOs to conduct awareness sessions on legal rights of women and children. I was also part of the child protection policy programme during its inception, where I created content for the same.
