I am also specialized in research, documenting, monitoring field level progress and training field coordinators for better implementation of projects. I am also capable of networking with like minded NGOs, building relationship with different people for successful implementation of projects. I am also experienced in coaching and facilitating life skills, behavioural, professional skill development and motivational programs.
