Handling all reporting work from site. Coordinate between Marketing managers and higher authority. To arrange the meetings. To maintain the reports of managers Executives To discuss the performance of managers with MD Arrange meetings of all employees with MD. To maintain the file of reporting by managers Executives.
Look after the whole procedure of Recruitment selection. Maintaining leave management database and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality. Handling telephone reimbursement, loans and advances and their payment to employees. Handling and approving overtime done by staff. Facilitate new comers joining formalities and regularly update master database of each employee. Employee documentation from joining to leaving. Resolve grievances and queries that any of the employees have an escalate to the right level.
