  National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) was launched by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) Government of India in June 2011. The Mission aims at creating efficient and effective institutional platforms of the rural poor enabling them to increase household income through sustainable livelihood enhancements and improved access to financial services. Presently I am supporting the Rajasthan Gramin Ajeevika Vikas Parishad ( Rajeevika) a society formed by Govt. of Rajasthan (the Nodal Agency to implement NRLM in Rajasthan State) posted as Block Project Manger in the following activities: •Developing programme support system within block Dist and State • Supporting knowledge management and strategic communication • Review and monitoring activities including key performance indicators • Designing and facilitating at grass root level for Social Mobilization Institution Building Capacity building Financial Inclusion and Community Training programme livelihood and Convergence with line
