My experience of over 9 years in the development sector includes my association with Naz Foundation, UVCT, Breakthrough Trust and ASK. As a consultant I have worked with organisation like IGSSS, Population foundation of India, Oxfam, Raise North-East, Kriti and Institute of International Education in the genre of Trainings on Gender- Gender Based Violence and Discrimination, Research Documentation, module construction, Social Media, Campaigning and event management . Over these years of work I have handled responsibilities like conducting focused group discussion, literature review, assisting programs in different states, budget management, assisting in proposal making, strategizing plans to monitor and mentor team members. Along with it facilitating and quality checking all state level community events and campaign was a part of my work. My work also included documenting and coordinating state and national level program review meetings. Networked with the state government of Haryana
