  As a Block Manager for Care India, we mainly focused to strengthen health facility and tried to skilled the front line workers ASHA, AWW, ANM under RMNCH A program in terms of Bihar technical Support Unit with Bihar government, under this my work has to provide non-technical and technical supporttraining to team of front-line workers of health and ICDS department at block level In field as well as in PHC through making coordination between both departments.
