    Responsible to lead the capacity building component of an ambitious REDD readiness project funded by USAID. Working as Adviser, Natural Resource Management with Inspire Network for Environment, New Delhi and coordinating training and capacity building component of Forest PLUS Program funded by USAID, India. This is a national level program on climate change with Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Government of India. We are working in four State Forest Departments namely Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh and Sikkim. Was part of team who developed three curriculums on – 1. Basic orientation course on Global Climate Change, 2. Community-based Forest Carbon Measurement and 3. Ecosystem Approach to Forest Management. These three courses were developed mainly for state forest department officers. I have conducted number of capacity building courses using these curriculums in program states.
