I would like to mention here that I have a work experience of more than twenty three years in Operations Department and have handled multiple tasks in different capacities. Though my primary responsibility is to support and manage the finance and accounting team, I have also handled the tasks of managing grants and contracts for sub-grantees and administrative and procurement functions because of my capability, negotiation and convincing skills and I have been able to successfully manage the same. Out of twenty three years of my career, I have fourteen years of working experience for the USAID funded projects.
