Having freshly completed my post-graduate education in Conflict Analysis and Peace Building from Jamia Millia Islamia, I keep a jest to build my career through hard work, passion and undying interest in fields that not only seem interesting to me but those in which I know my real skills and potential lies. My professional experience so far has been in Editing- Content Development, Project Management, Research, social analysis, and Communications. Despite seeming to be a young beginner in this highly competitive industry, I have found my comfort rapidly and keeps the capacity to easily mold my interests to suit the best production and creation ideas. A cheerful team player and an aggressive leader, I am comfortable working under pressure and haunting deadlines, something I derive from my arduous and crisp academic as well as professional training.

  Holding my position as Advocacy and Communication Officer in India CEO Forum, a subsidiary company of 3G Institute of Research and Policy Studies, I had the responsibility of communication design, strategy writing and producing reports, and organizing meetings, workshops, seminars with different stakeholders of India CEO Forum spanning from the government to campus organizations and business communities. The role involved working directly with the Chairman’s office at the organization as a secretary to the chairman and to lead the team in the same spirit.

  Global Connect

  At Global Connect working part-time as a freelance content writer, my responsibility was to create and develop content for their different communication materials – brochures, advertising, personal- direct marketing, sponsorship, digital communication, social media promotion, articles, blogs, presentations, and client relations.

  At Superb Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. working as an Editorial Head, I had the responsibility to head the Content Strategy Team which included developing content, documentation and proof-reading. The role demanded to strategize all the digital media content, content for online campaigns and social media promotions and communications, and review all the weekly articles and blogs to be posted in their columns.

  3G Institute of Research and Policy Studies

  At 3G Institute of Research and Policy Studies, I bore the responsibility to head the Research and Design for various projects and the extension programs with coordinating with the different stakeholders of the organization. Especially my role involved analyzing policies and writing and producing research papers or briefs that of Education which dealt with creating an integrated deployment solution for the entire learning ecosystem with a vision to accelerate the digitization of Indian education by aggregating the finest solutions from the Global Ed- Tech landscape. I also led the social media management team and handled the communications by regularly processing textual, video and audio content along with website content creation and updating. Other Projects include Global Tech Summit, Mission 3G, 3G Startup Club, Global Philanthropist Award, India CSR Forum, Social Intelligence Platform, India CEO Forum, 3G Pen.
