1. Direct in charge of the projectprogram management, project monitoring evaluation 2. Documentation – Preparing of concept notes, PPT, Donor reports, Proposals, MoU’s, and Payment requests, Renewals, Grant applications etc. 3. Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, preparing MoU, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes. 4. Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project. 5. Undertake periodic field visits to the project sites, to the project staff and project stakeholders and to ensure that activities are implemented in line with the pre-set action plan. 6. Analyses and evaluates data andor takes corrective action whenever necessary.
