  Resently, Shirish has prepared nine Hindi medium Books based on MULYAVARDHAN as a Value base Programme of Maharashtra Government Schools in Hindi mediuam. He has also Master Trainer working with this organisation from two year. In a period of two year Shirish have achieved to translate English to Hindi language for 12 'Mulyavardhan Books', which includes reading, editing typing. To make assure that the content is appropriate, an internal team was developed, which had a trainer teacher. With the best guidance of these trainer teacher the content of the book was corrected. To make the content more appropriate grammatically three experts where include for proofreading. After that shirish was also include in the designing team for compiling the content into a book. Once the book was ready it was than presented to MSCERT and Educationists. After 2 rounds of there suggestion the book was than finalized.
