  leading a team of Gandhi fellows while working on the district transformation program by NITI Aayog. Also responsible for district level operations to transform education in Baran District. Also strategizing overseeing implementation of project activities along with regular liasing.

  worked in 5 government schools and multiple communities on issues related to quality education,women empowerment and youth development. Assisted teachers and headmasters to improve learning outcome. developed and implemented need based projects in the community with support from service seekers.
