Summary

I recently completed Postgraduate Program in Development Leadership (Development Leaders For India) from Kayantar Foundation. It has helped me enhance my skills in competencies like systems and design thinking, management and monitoring using program theory, understanding the problem using iceberg and problem tree. In kayantar, I designed and implemented projects for quality and sustainable education and tried filling up the gap between children, teachers and parents.
