  SBI Youth for India fellowship is a 13 month rural development program which gave me an opportunity to formulate a project plan for the benefit of the community. My main project was Introducing Activity Based learning in schools to facilitate soft skills and life skills development of children.

  In our project, we mainly worked on development and support of various business processes of our clients using IBM Business Process Management tool. We used basics of Java, SQL server and other tools in addition to IBM BPM. We also ensured daily monitoring and tracking of the processes.
