I am Sili Parida, a development professional with a Master's in Social Work, currently serving as a District Consultant for Non-Institutional Care in the Change the Way We Care project at DCPU, Jagatsinghpur under the CRS/ARUNA Organisation. I have a strong background in project management and community engagement, I spearhead initiatives empowering women and addressing social issues.

    • Provide technical support to the respective DCPU for overall Implementation of Non-Institutional Care provisions under the district Care Reform Plan(District Action Plan on Alternative Care and Family Strengthening) • Build Multi stakeholders’ coordination and sensitize the multi stakeholders on the District Action Plan, alternative care and family strengthening. • Support the DCPU in effective implementation of sponsorship, adoption, foster care, after care, Ashribad and Orphan Children Rehabilitation etc. • Support in tracking the well beings of children placed in family-based care including the children under Ashirbad Scheme and Children Identified in Orphan Survey. • Provide training/orientation to the child protection workforce on alternative care. • Work along with DCPU in piloting alternative family care models in the District. • Documents the learnings-MIS, Indicator reporting, case studies, IEC materials developments etc.
