As a Project Manager I had -  Developed Micro Plan for CCF Child Development Project across 20 villages covering 10000 population of Gandhi Manav Kalyan Society.  Developed team for the implementation of Child Development Project through in-house training on Child Centered Community Development.  Prepared Child Protection Policy of Gandhi MKS.  Worked in the hardcore implementation of the program and achieved the desired output.
