In my 14 years of post-qualification experience I have closely worked with NGOs, Support Organizations, CSO Networks, International Aid Agencies, UN programs, Corporate Philanthropy in different capacities. Capacity building of NGOs on community based programming, strategic program management, advocacy with States for policy reform, program monitoring and evaluations, reporting to donors and representation in the key national forums have been some of my key responsibilities and competencies.

As an in charge of Rajasthan state my responsibilities were- • Technical support to different partner organizations, Network SAKAR-Quality Institutional Care Alternative Care for Children Alliance Jan Morcha-People Alliance for Advocacy on Child Rights issues • Development of a forum at the state level in coordination with different stakeholders including govt. for ensuring rights of the children.

    Gandhi Manav Kalyan Society is a NGO working among the tribal population of Udaipur district for the integrated development. As a Project Manager I had -  Developed Micro Plan for CCF Child Development Project across 20 villages covering 10000 population of Gandhi Manav Kalyan Society.  Developed team for the implementation of Child Development Project through in-house training on Child Centered Community Development.  Prepared Child Protection Policy of Gandhi MKS.  Worked in the hardcore implementation of the program and achieved the desired output.

The major area of my work includes- • Coordinating with 11 partners’ organizations across 5 CHILDLINE in 5 states, developing their capacity. • Networking and advocacy with the govt. dept, resource organization and other network. • Initiate discussion on policy level changes to make the state a child friendly state.
