Summary

In my 14 years of post-qualification experience I have closely worked with NGOs, Support Organizations, CSO Networks, International Aid Agencies, UN programs, Corporate Philanthropy in different capacities. Capacity building of NGOs on community based programming, strategic program management, advocacy with States for policy reform, program monitoring and evaluations, reporting to donors and representation in the key national forums have been some of my key responsibilities and competencies.

    Gandhi Manav Kalyan Society is a NGO working among the tribal population of Udaipur district for the integrated development. As a Project Manager I had -  Developed Micro Plan for CCF Child Development Project across 20 villages covering 10000 population of Gandhi Manav Kalyan Society.  Developed team for the implementation of Child Development Project through in-house training on Child Centered Community Development.  Prepared Child Protection Policy of Gandhi MKS.  Worked in the hardcore implementation of the program and achieved the desired output.
