M.Phil graduate from TISS, Mumbai with a post graduate background in social work from Karve Institute, Pune. I began my career from grass root level organization working on education at Jaipur, Rajasthan and ChildFund as a technical person Programme Implementation and ME under Youths Higher Education Program. Currently associated with Marie Stopes International-India as Asst. ME. It gave me an opportunity to work on various issues pertaining to education sexual reproductive health that includes, Teaching learning process, Learning level assessments, Research, Life skills, Monitoring evaluation, Program management, Maternal Health, Family Planning Services and Supply Chain etc. In all above mentioned aspects I have worked closely with all 3 types of communities Urban, Rural Tribal that are prime stakeholders of the development sector project program
