  I am responsible for coordination and development of the programme by identifying meritorious students from underprivileged background from the colleges and to enrolling them through a pre-defined selection process. I have to build rapport with the new and the existing students and also have to track the performance for each of them which includes academics, mentor-mentee interactions and hours of training attended by them.
