Summary

18 years of work experience in the field of organic farming, consumer protection, road safety, slum community empowerment, environment protection, waste management, study and research on varied issues with exposure in Community Institutional Development. Experience in working with communities in a participatory mode by delivery of programs through grassroots level NGOs other civil society organizations PRIs were the key strategy of my project implementation. Majority of the projects have benefited urban settlements. The projects implemented at grassroots resulted in behavioural and policy change among authorities as well as community. Have been involved in developing project proposals, concept note, advocacy documents, reports and IEC materials on diverse issues.
