18 years of work experience in the field of organic farming, consumer protection, road safety, slum community empowerment, environment protection, waste management, study and research on varied issues with exposure in Community Institutional Development. Experience in working with communities in a participatory mode by delivery of programs through grassroots level NGOs other civil society organizations PRIs were the key strategy of my project implementation. Majority of the projects have benefited urban settlements. The projects implemented at grassroots resulted in behavioural and policy change among authorities as well as community. Have been involved in developing project proposals, concept note, advocacy documents, reports and IEC materials on diverse issues.
December 2015 onward I have taken the responsibilities as under: 1. To lead & represent the team – Urban Environment Initiative Unit. 2. Provide creative leadership to ongoing programmes 3. Initiating new programmes and secure funds for the same 4. Create and maintain a Healthy professional environment within the unit 5. Management of the project belonging and beyond to the Urban Environment Unit throughout the project cycle ensuring all deliverable and commitments within Timeline. 6. Any other requirement necessary for the functioning well being and professional management of the organization
My present profile is inclusive of developing strategies for successful implementation of projects in active participation of project team. Ensuring to have the yearly and monthly action plan and budget allocation in hand with the team members and supporting to achieve the deliverable to share with the stakeholders along with the donors.
