Director in development sector with 12 years of experience in handling teams, capacity building, project leadership and management, organisational development, administration, monitoring and supervision under corporate social responsibility domain. I started my career with the social arm of Tata Steel, wherein I addressed the issues of grassroots through a unique research based ARSH project linked with livelihoods. After three years, I joined a grass root level national NGO and over a period of five years helped acquire three major projects and implemented the same. Over the last three and half years, I am involved in a research agency where I help acquire CSR funding, liaison with corporate donors and manage donor contracts.
