Job Description

•Overall management of the programme that includes C, implementation and monitoring.

•Selection of female master trainers from the project villages.

•Development of skills related to agriculture & health.

•Liaison between master trainers and various respective departments and machineries like ASHA (Health) & KVK (Agriculture).

• Liaison and Reporting to donors

•Designing and implementing capacity building program and organize meetings and workshops.

•Supervising the documentation & training processes of master trainers.

Eligibility Criteria

- The applicant should have minimum 2 year experience of working on child rights issues with excellent documentation skills ,Hindi as well as English. - Candidate should be graduation.
